Audi TT Clubsport Turbo - ACCELERATION - EXHAUST SOUND
This is not a fiction, but it was the more beautiful reality at the Wörthersee 2015: the Audi TT Clubsport Turbo Concept, the undisputed queen of the event.
The images speak for themselves but it is what is not seen to do really scared, like the engine, a 5-cylinder twin-turbo 2.5-liter. With the electric start of the first turbo, working at low revs, you can get an instant boost without the "gaps" of a common mechanical supercharger. The second turbo is invoked when the exhaust gases are blowing strong, that is, when the tachometer needle points to the red zone. So the motor produces 600 horsepower and a torque taurine of 650 Nm between 3,000 and 7,000 rpm. This means that, by looking at the stopwatch, not pass more than 3.6 seconds to reach 100 km/h from standstill. So the Audi TT Clubsport Turbo Concept can reach the 310 km/h top speed. The miracle is accomplished.
