Breakfast or snack? Here is the recipe: 500g of flour, 5 grams baking powder, 225 of cold milk, 25 g sugar, a spoonful of pepper, 12.5 g of salt and a teaspoon of honey. Pour all ingredients in a bowl and mix everything with the help of an electric mixer. The mixture, which should be nice and soft, let it rest for about half an hour during rising. In the meantime, combine 250 g of butter and 50 g of flour maintaining aside. Spent half an hour divide the dough in two left to rise, in a middle wrap the mixture of butter prepared in the meantime and pull it with a rolling pin and then fold it in four and put it in the fridge for 15 minutes. Repeat this four times. Spent an hour pulling the dough with a rolling pin and with a wheel cut triangles and then roll up each triangle on itself shaping the brioches. Place the croissants so prepared inn a baking sheet, spreading polish them with a brush beaten egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds and leave to rise for about an hour. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees in oven preheated.
