Mushrooms Truffled

The world of mushrooms conceals many dangers but also infinite goodness. For a simple but really tasty side dish is prepared in this video mushrooms. Below the ingredients for four servings: 800g mushrooms (porcini mushrooms or mixed), 2 cloves of garlic, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper. It begins with the cleaning mushrooms eliminating the lower part of the shaft, which contains most of the soil, in the case of cep be brushed with the blade of a paring knife. After cleaning the mushrooms are cut into wedges; Chop parsley and garlic before going to the kitchen. Pour 4/5 tablespoons olive oil in a pan, add the garlic and let it brown slightly, add the parsley and immediately the mushrooms, raise the heat and jump mushrooms or mix gently, add salt and cook stirring in the meantime. After about 5 minutes the mushrooms will be reduced and eliminated will have part of their vegetable water, let them cook until the water is almost completely evaporated and the end of cooking, add a pinch of pepper and the rest of the parsley. Thus prepared mushrooms can be served as a side dish to meat or fish or simply as an appetizer!
