Pug: Really special Dog!
Interesting and instructive short movie in which, after a quick historical overview, lists the pros and cons of that beautiful breed of dog that is the Pug.
The Pug was originally selected in ancient China. In ancient times, the Pug had a higher stature. The first documents that speak of them date back to 600 b.c.
A large spread and popularity, this breed was in the 19th century when, two Pugs to pure Chinese lines were brought to England at the Queen's Court.
From a physical point of view is a small, compact and quite muscular dog that never exceeds the 8 kg in males. It has a head, flat and Puckered with the nose always black. The latter turns out to be very expressive and likable and Pug a dog does well loved especially by children.
A typical characteristic of the Pug, is the tail folded in on itself.
Usually has a calm and playful, very sensitive, loyal and affectionate. It Is a dog quite sluggish, sleeps a lot and is not prone to motion. Young, however, males are much more active, from the third year onwards, however, are usually more relaxed and calm, a feature common to all the molossoid breeds.
Not loving physical activity and being by nature of golosono, also tend to get fat with ease, must therefore since puppies be accustomed to eating a balanced diet.
